text-align:justify; text-indent:32pt"><span style="color:#000000; font-family:'仿宋_gb2312'; font-size:16pt">1?/span><span style="color:#000000; font-family:'仿宋_gb2312'; font-size:16pt">健全各种规章制度，是抓好学习和搞好工作的依据和保障。乡党委通过召开会议，征求意见，建立健全了民主集中制，制定了详细的工作计划，进一步建立和健全岗位责任制、党组织生活会制度、会议制度、学习制度、考勤制度、财务管理制度等一系列相关制度?/span><span style="color:#000000; margin:0pt; text-align:justify; text-indent:32pt"><span style="color:#000000; font-family:'仿宋_gb2312'; font-size:16pt">2、按照集体领导、民主集中、个别酝酿、会议决策的原则，进一步完善党委内部的议事和决策机制，能够做到重要情况在领导会上通报，重要文件和重要会议精神及时在党委会上传达，重大事项召开领导会集体讨论、研究决定，充分发挥集体智慧和能力，避免个人偏见，使工作失误降到最低。如</span><span style="color:#000000; font-family:'仿宋_gb2312'; font-size:16pt">产业结构调整?/span><span style="color:#000000; font-family:'仿宋_gb2312'; font-size:16pt">退耕还林、救灾救济等关系群众切身利益的热点问题，乡党委领导班子都能够及时召开会议，研究决策，使群众真正享受到党的优惠政策，防止了新矛盾的产生?/span></p><p style="font-size:16pt;
