<div><p style="margin:5pt 0pt; text-align:center; text-indent:24pt"><span style="font-family:'宋体'; font-size:16pt; font-weight:bold">纸厂乡关于落实党内监督制度的情况</span><span style="font-family:'宋体'; font-size:16pt; font-weight:bold">汇报</span></p><p style="margin:5pt 0pt; text-indent:39pt"><span style="font-family:'宋体'; font-size:15pt">纸厂乡高度重视党内监督工作，以贯彻《党内监督条例（试行）》（以下简称《条例》）为载体，以完善制度为抓手，以加强对领导干部特别是党政主要领导的监督为重点，切实采取有效措施，抓学习贯彻、制度配套和重点环节，使党员干部监督意识不断增强、监督机制不断完善、监督实效不断提高，党内监督各项工作取得了明显成效。主要做法有?/span></p><p style="margin:5pt 0pt; text-indent:31.45pt"><span style="font-family:'宋体'; font-size:15pt; font-weight:bold">一、精心组织学习，大力宣传《条例》?/span><span style="font-family:'宋体'; font-size:15pt">党委政府把认真组织学习、宣传、贯彻《条例》当作一项重要政治任务，周密部署，精心组织，努力营造良好的学习氛围。一是组织领导班子成员对《条例》进行带头学习，深刻理解领会《条例》的丰富内涵和本质要求；二是召开《条例》学习辅导大会，加深党员干部的学习和理解；三是从报纸、刊物和互联网上收集有关《条例》的产生背景及评价等资料，汇编成《“条例”学习参考资料》，印发给全镇各党支部，供党员干部学习；四是组织党员干部以支部为单位进行专题学习，并在学习后撰写学习情况和心得体会，收到了较好的效果。五是开展以《条例》为主要内容的党内法规知识测试，进一步提高党员干部学习的积极性?/span></p><p style="margin:5pt 0pt; text-indent:31.45pt"><span style="font-family:'宋体'; font-size:15pt; font-weight:bold">二、强化制度建设，从源头上防治腐败?/span><span style="font-family:'宋体'; font-size:15pt">认真对照《条例》，建立、健全了相关的工作机制和监督措施。一是把贯彻《条例》与加强党风廉政建设结合起来；二是完善农村集体资产管理制</span><span style="font-family:'宋体'; font-size:15pt">度；三是健全和完善有形要素市场管理制度；四是深化党务</span><span style="font-family:'宋体'; font-size:15pt">公开制度?/span></p><p style="margin:5pt 0pt; text-indent:38.85pt"><span style="font-family:'宋体'; font-size:15pt; font-weight:bold">三、完善监督机制，加强权力监督?/span><span style="font-family:'宋体'; font-size:15pt">一是加强对党政领导干部的监督；二是加强对权力行使部门的监督；三是加强对农村基层干部的监督；四是完善信访处理制度?/span></p><p style="margin:5pt 0pt; text-indent:31.45pt"><span style="font-family:'宋体'; font-size:15pt; font-weight:bold">四、开好民主生活会</span><span style="font-family:'宋体'; font-size:15pt; font-weight:bold">?/span><span style="font-family:'宋体'; font-size:15pt">精心组织，认真开好民主生活会</span><span style="font-family:'宋体'; font-size:15pt">。一是抓好会前意见征求工作；二是认真抓好学习；三是抓好撰写民主生活会发言稿；四是认真开好民主生活会?/span></p><p style="margin:0pt; orphans:0; text-align:justify; widows:0"><span style="font-family:'times new roman'; font-size:15pt"> </span></p><p style="margin:0pt; orphans:0; widows:0"><span style="font-family:'times new roman'; font-size:9pt">1</span></p><p style="margin:0pt; orphans:0; widows:0"><span style="font-family:'times new roman'; font-size:9pt"> </span></p></div>
