<p class="msonormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 27pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;">开?ldquo;四群”教育活动以来，县民宗侨务局立足部门实际，以“服务少数民族群众、服务信教群众、服务归侨侨?rdquo;为着力点，圆满完成了上半年工作任务，现将具体情况总结如下?</span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 32.25pt; line-height: 27pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly;"><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 黑体;">一、主要做法及成效</span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 32.25pt; line-height: 27pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;">（一）服务少数民族群众，助推民族地区发展?/span></strong><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;">一是按照政策，切实维护好少数民族群众合法权益。今年以来，共为<span lang="en-us">28</span>名少数民族群众办理了民族成分更改手续，为<span lang="en-us">56</span>名少数民族考生办理了中高考加分照顾手续。二是积极争取，以项目带动少数民族地区全面发展。以繁荣民族文化为重点，打造民族团结进步示范村为抓手，今年共向中央、省、市申报项目<span lang="en-us">6</span>个，扶持资金<span lang="en-us">225</span>万元。三是实?ldquo;两书一文献”工程，增强民族凝聚力?span lang="en-us">2010</span>年以来，先后出版《会泽民族志》、《会泽壮族》，开展彝族文献提要编纂工作，从纸厂、上村等乡镇收集?span lang="en-us">4</span>本彝族文献资料，总页?span lang="en-us">530</span>余页，彝文字数约<span lang="en-us">64000</span>余字。这些民族文化精品为“泽世担当、汇智图?rdquo;的会泽精神作出了最好的诠释。四是扶贫济困，雪中送炭暖民心。把开?ldquo;四群”教育活动?ldquo;抗大旱保春?rdquo;紧密结合，共为挂钩村捐赠慰问?span lang="en-us">2000</span>元，棉被<span lang="en-us">50</span>床，抗旱资金<span lang="en-us">5000</span>元?/span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 32.15pt; line-height: 27pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;">（二）服务信教群众，创建和谐寺观道堂?/span></strong><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;">一是基督教堂点建设更规范。通过开展依法治理基督教私设聚会点专项工作，者海阿依卡基督教固定活动处所、娜姑大闸基督教固定活动处所已经批准并正式对外开放。二是道观建设取得新突破。娜姑三圣宫的正式开放，填补了会泽无开放道观的空白，标志着会泽道教发展进入了新的阶段。三是宗教教职人员管理更严格。通过开展宗教教职人员认定备案专项工作，认定伊斯兰教教职人员<span lang="en-us">33</span>人，佛教教职人员<span lang="en-us">12</span>人，为依法开展宗教活动打下了坚实基础。四是宗教活动平稳开展。伊斯兰教每年的“开斋节”，佛教的开光典礼等宗教活动都成为宣传党的宗教政策的主阵地，受教信众累计<span lang="en-us">100000</span>人次，受到了宗教界人士及信教群众的热烈欢迎?/span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 32.15pt; line-height: 27pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;">（三）服务归侨侨眷，巩固爱国统一战线?/span></strong><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;">一是采?ldquo;一联、二访、三总结”的方式，对辖区内涉侨人士和相关事务进行全面调查，全县共有归侨<span lang="en-us">2</span>人，侨眷<span lang="en-us">38</span>人，华人<span lang="en-us">4</span>人，留学?span lang="en-us">7</span>人。二?/span><span style="font-size: 16pt; color: #333333; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt;">鼓励我县留学人员回国效力，特别是在促进会泽发展上发挥积极作用。三是鼓励困难归侨侨眷树立信心，艰苦奋斗，争取早日脱困致富。四?/span><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;">积极争取海外资助?/span><span style="font-size: 16pt; color: black; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt;">通过努力争取，会泽县金钟镇第三中学、乐业镇中学?span lang="en-us">72</span>名贫困学生喜获马来西亚《星洲日报》爱心助学款<span lang="en-us">50400</span>元，每名贫困学生得到<span lang="en-us">700</span>元资助，使他们坚定了求学信心?/span><span style="font-size: 16pt; color: #333333; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt;">五是定期走访谈心，帮助困难归侨侨眷解决实际困难。截止目前，共走访交心谈?span lang="en-us">10</span>次，捐赠慰问?span lang="en-us">2000</span>元，帮助<span lang="en-us">10</span>户困难侨眷解决了燃眉之急?/span></p>
