<p class="msonormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; mso-ascii-font-family: 'times new roman';"><span style="font-size: x-large;">成立了以镇党委书记任组长，纪委书记任副组长，相关单位人员为成员的党风廉政建设领导小组；制定了大井镇党风廉政建设责任制，并与各党总支（支部）层层签订责任制，把党风廉政建设与经济建设、政治建设、社会建设、文化建设工作紧密结合，做到一起部署、一起落实、一起检查、一起考核；认真落实好领导干部“一岗双?rdquo;?/span></span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; line-height: 30pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; mso-ascii-font-family: 'times new roman';"><span style="font-size: x-large;">建立健全各项规章制度，结合全县推进行政问责制、首问责任制、服务承诺制和限时办结制“四项制度”，认真制定符合我镇首问负责四项制度，切实优化软环境建设，努力营造经济社会发展良好环境。严格按照规章制度办事，坚持用制度管人，以制度办事。使政府机关及各站所办事进一步规范化、制度化、法制化，做到依法行政，依法办事，财务管理规范，用人制度健全?/span></span></p>
