<p class="msonormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'times new roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'times new roman';">局班子?ldquo;四群”教育工作高度重视，统一思想，及时召开了班子会议，成立“四群”教育领导小组及办公室，明确工作职责，形成一级抓一级、层层抓落实的工作格局；结合部门实际，制定了实施意见，明确?ldquo;四群”教育的重大意义、目标措施和工作要求；安排专项工作经费，为开?ldquo;四群”教育创造必要条件。及时召开动员会，明确?ldquo;四群”教育“干部受教育、作风有改进、发展上水平、群众得实惠”和干部直接联系群众制?ldquo;群众观念有新增强、机关作风有新转变、维护群众权益有新举措、解决信访问题有新突破、改善民生有新成?rdquo;的目标要求。要求全体干部职工结合贯彻落实十七届六中全会、省、市党代会和县党代会精神，充分认识、深刻领会、准确把握开?ldquo;四群”教育实行干部直接联系群众制度工作的重要性、必要性和紧迫性，切实将思想和行动统一到县委和局党委的部署上来，并结合开?ldquo;创先争优”和学习杨善洲、马开贵、刘兰芬先进事迹活动，及时将工作重心下移，听民声、知民情，解民忧、化民怨，增进群众感情，增强执政为民、发展为民、服务为民、落实为民意识，切实做好新形势下群众工作?/span></p>

<p class="msonormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'times new roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'times new roman';">动员大会明确了科技局“四群”教育的措施和步骤，即严格按照实施方案规定，拟分四个步骤开展工作：一是召开学习动员会，及时传达“四群”教育精神实质，安排部署全局工作；二是成立领导机构，切实加强?ldquo;四群”工作的组织领导；三是开展具体工作部署，深入挂钩点大井镇德百村委会进行摸底调查并落实挂钩联系户人员名单；四是工作实施阶段，局党政主要领导带头深入联系点，认真落实?ldquo;五项”制度。春节前，组织局机关住村干部集体开展一次落?ldquo;五项制度”走访慰问活动，开展一次发放民情联系卡活动，开展一次民情恳谈活动。春节后，各住村干部根据局机关“四群”领导小组安排的住村时间表，分别住村开展工作?/span></p>
