font-family: 楷体_gb2312;">认真落实党风廉政建设责任制，增强反腐倡廉工作责任感?/span><span style="font-size: 17pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;">为了巩固反腐倡廉齐抓共管的良好局面，迤车把党风廉政建设责任制作为重要工作来抓。我镇结合镇情拟定党风廉政责任制分别与各村、各单位进行签定，明确责任，要求各级领导干部必须把党风廉政建设工作与经济建设工作的同部署、同落实、同检查、同考核，认真履?ldquo;一岗双?rdquo;职责，把责任落实到每一名班子成员、责任单位，实行一级抓一级，年终进行考核，并将考核结果与年终奖金挂钩，增强分管领导和责任单位抓党风廉政建设工作责任感，为促进我镇和谐发展奠定了良好的环境和坚实基础?/span></p> <p class="msonormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;">切实抓好党员领导干部的反腐倡廉教育。年初制度计划，认真组织镇领导班子成员进行理论中心组学习，采取集中学习与分散学习相结合，学习理论和学习文件相结合的办法，教育和引导班子成员，在改革和建设的实践中，自觉加强思想政治修养。班子成员对照工作职责、遵守纪律、完成任务等方面，查找工作上不足，并认真加以整改；通过开展批评与自我批评，班子成员及时沟通了思想，对不良苗头性问题能做到及时提醒，不断增强了能力和领导班子的整体合力?strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">二是</strong>切实抓好党员干部的反腐倡廉教育。镇党委、政府主要领导多次在全镇各类大型会议上，专门就党风廉政建设和干部作风建设提出明确要求和阶段性重点工作；充分利用远程教育网络平台，组织党员干部收看党的发展史、党风廉政建设正、反面典型人物纪录片等节?span lang="en-us">2</span>?span lang="en-us">147</span>人次?/span><span style="font-size: 17pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;">为进一步严肃工作纪律，规范干部职工工作行为，严格干部职工的考勤监督检查，维护良好的工作秩序，围绕“干部管理出效率、管理干部促发展”的工作思路，实施考勤<span style="mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">请销假、报告、单位（部门）负责、双向考核、督查等五项制度，严肃了工作纪律，转变了工作作风?/span><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">二是</strong>把学习贯彻《农村基层干部廉洁履行职责若干规定》落到实处，以《规定》指导和规范工作，进一步强化党风廉政建设，促进农村基层干部廉洁履行职责，巩固党的执政基础，推动农村经济社会和谐发展?strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">三是</strong>严格《关于进一步加强廉政风险防控的实施意见》，在全镇各单位推行廉政风险防控工作，把《职权目录一览表》、《内部机构廉政风险防控登记表》、《个人岗位廉政风险防控登记表》登记到人，认真组织开展廉政风险预警防控管理，使廉政建设和作风建设有机结合，做到反腐警钟长鸣，引导干部自律自重，真正起到保护干部和促进廉洁的作用?strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">四是</strong>加大干部作风整顿力度，坚决纠正少数党员干部脱离群众、作风霸道、特权观念严重等不良倾向，坚决克服官僚主义、形式主义、弄虚作假、心浮气躁等不良风气，认真解决会议多、文件多、讲话多的问题，扎实治理“庸、懒、散、奢”问题。采取专项检查、专项治理、社会评价、随机抽查、明察暗访等多种方式，及时发现存在问题，增强监督检查实效。要加大惩戒力度，综合运用纪律处分、组织处理、行政问责、经济退赔等手段，对违反八项规定精神和省、市、县委实施办法的行为，发现一起、查处一起，不仅严肃追究直接人员的责任，而且要依据规定追究有关领导的责任?/span></p> <p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;
