<p class="msonormal" style="line-height: 31pt; text-indent: 32.25pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_gbk; font-size: 16pt;">按照《县纪委</span><span class="apple-style-span"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_gbk; background: white; color: black; font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-family: arial;">、县监察局关于会泽县县直单?span lang="en-us">2012</span>年度社会评价结果及意见建议的反馈》（会纪发?span lang="en-us">2013</span>?span lang="en-us">2</span>号）文件精神，我局高度重视，在认真分析总结<span lang="en-us">2012</span>年各项工作的基础上，深入查找不足，针对评议代表提出的宝贵意见，从进一步转变工作作风、提升服务效能等方面着手，整改方案注重结合发改工作实际，并采取有效措施，逐条进行整改落实，取得了一定工作成效。现将整改落实情况报告如下?/span></span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="line-height: 31pt; text-indent: 32.25pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly;"><span class="apple-style-span"><span style="font-family: 黑体; background: white; color: black; font-size: 16pt; mso-bidi-font-family: arial; mso-hansi-font-family: arial;">一、关于服务态度和质量方?/span></span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="line-height: 31pt; text-indent: 32pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_gbk; font-size: 16pt;">以继续推进机关干部作风建设为契机，切实提升工作水平和服务质量?strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">一?/strong>进一步加强对干部职工的思想教育工作，结合当前正开展的 “四群”教育干部直接联系群众制度?ldquo;纠风”工作、作风转变年等活动，引导干部职工进一步转变不正确的工作观念，增强服务意识、责任意识，对到本单位办事的人员，要主动询问，做到热情礼貌、耐心细致、态度温和，坚决杜?ldquo;门难进、脸难看、事难办”现象?strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">二是</strong>深入开?“作风转变?rdquo;活动。按照发改局作风转变年活动实施方案，要求全局干部职工，变检查为指导，变坐等企业上门到为企业上门服务，变上访为下访，进一步提高工作效率和服务质量?strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">三是</strong>认真履职，进一步优化服务水平。切实转变工作思路，变“要我服务”?ldquo;我要服务”，结合国家、省、市投资导向，积极配合指导部门和乡（镇）做好项目储备工作、作深做细项目前期工作，同时加强与上级的沟通衔接，争取更多的项目和资金落户会泽，定期深入企业开展调研工作，及时了解企业面临的实际困难和突出问题，积极帮助企业争取国家支持，用好、用活、用足政策；<strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">四是</strong>加大监督力度。建立健全了干部职工《问责制度》，问责范围包括领导班子成员和一般干部职工，通过设立投诉举报电话，明察暗访等形式，对在工作中不负责任，服务态度恶劣和效率低下等不履行职责，并造成不良影响和严重后果的，一经发现查实，一律给予严肃处理?/span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="line-height: 31pt; text-indent: 31.5pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly;"><span style="font-family: 黑体; font-size: 16pt;">二、关于办事效率方?/span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="text-align: left; line-height: 31pt; text-indent: 33pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-pagination: widow-orphan;" align="left"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_gbk; font-size: 16pt;">一?/span></strong><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_gbk; font-size: 16pt;">落实首问首办责任制度。要求全局干部职工认真负责的接待每位来访服务对象，热情礼貌，做到来有迎声、问有答声、走有送声；悉心听取服务对象的意见、要求或投诉举报反映的问题，并认真做好登记和记录?strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">二是</strong>认真履行服务承诺，继续严格执行《限时办结制》，在申报材料齐全的情况下，严格控制?span lang="en-us">3</span>个工作日内办结，做到“及时办理，急事急办，随到随?rdquo;。对材料不齐的服务对象，要求经办人书面告知，切实做到不让服务对象“重复跑、多次跑”的现象发生?/span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="line-height: 31pt; text-indent: 31.5pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly;"><span style="font-family: 黑体; font-size: 16pt;">三、关于工作绩效方?/span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="line-height: 31pt; text-indent: 32pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_gbk; font-size: 16pt;">一?/span></strong><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_gbk; font-size: 16pt;">责任细化。按?ldquo;定岗定人定责”的原则，将各项工作任务落实到岗到人，科学设定考核指标和分值，以工作实绩定分数，以分数定奖惩，以平时工作绩效作为年终考核定优秀的基础，增强了干部工作责任感?strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">二是</strong>工作量化。根据个人的工作分工不同细化工作量，实行领导干部职工个人绩效考核内容一人一表，规定工作量和完成时间，调动了干部工作积极性?strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">三是</strong>考核常态化。将绩效目标考评同日常工作紧密联系起来，改变过去到年底才考核全年工作的做法，?ldquo;年底考核”?ldquo;平时考核”转变，将工作落实到平时，提升了干部的执行力?/span></p>

<p class="msonormal" style="line-height: 31pt; text-indent: 32pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_gbk; font-size: 16pt;">一?/span></strong><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_gbk; font-size: 16pt;">抓住重大项目审批、政府定价、行政执法等重点领域，明确权力运行流程和行使依据，找准权力运行的“关节?rdquo;和问题易发多发的“风险?rdquo;，量化责任，分析廉政风险，制定防控措施，规范约束自由裁量权?strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">二是</strong>把廉政风险防控机制建设与业务工作紧密结合起来，与岗位职责紧密结合起来，查准、找全廉政风险点，有针对性地制定防范措施?/span></p>

<p class="msonormal" style="line-height: 31pt; text-indent: 32pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_gbk; font-size: 16pt;">一?/span></strong><span style="font-family: 方正仿宋_gbk; font-size: 16pt;">严格落实阳光政府四项制度，进一步加强党务政务公开工作的组织领导，继续将此项工作列入重要议事日程，主要领导为实施阳光政府四项制度的第一责任人，分管领导亲自抓，局办公室具体负责抓好各项工作。二是畅通投诉渠道，认真受理价格举报案件。继续充分发?ldquo;<span lang="en-us">12358</span>”价格举报电话的作用，认真受理群众价格举报，耐心解答群众政策咨询，及时化解价格矛盾。对群众反映的价格问题，政策界限明确的，及时处理，快速办结；案情复杂、政策界限不明确的，要加强与举报人的沟通，妥善回复?/span></p>
