<p class="msonormal" style="line-height: 31pt; text-indent: 32pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; color: black; font-size: 16pt; mso-hansi-font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; mso-themecolor: text1;">以开展党的群众路线教育实践活动和�务型党组织建设为契机，切实��工作水平和�务质��strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">一�/strong>进一步加强对干部�工的�想教育工作，结�学习�八届四届全会精神�作风转�年等活动，引导干部�工进一步转��正确的工作观念，增强�务�识�责任�识，对到本��办事的人员，�主动询问，�到热情礼貌��心细致��度温和，�决��ldquo;门难进�脸难看�事难办&rdquo;��拿��现象；<strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">二是</strong>深入开展践行党的群众路线�力解决最�一公里的问题。按照�改局教育实践活动实施方案，�求全局干部�工，�检查为指导，��等�业上门到为�业上门�务，�上访为下访，进一步�高工作效率和�务质�。严格按照教育实践活动中�求到的��建议，认真整改�实；<strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">三是</strong>认真履�，进一步优化�务水平。切实转�工作�路，�&ldquo;�我�务&rdquo;�ldquo;我��务&rdquo;，结�国家���市投资导�，积���指导部门和乡（镇）�好项目储备工作��深�细项目�期工作，�时加强与上级的沟通衔接，争�更多的项目和资金�户会泽。梳�出<span lang="en-us">46</span>项审批事项，将审批�置�件�所需�料�办�程��办结时�编��册��业��务对象进行�放，帮助�业争�国家支�，用好�用活�用足政策；<strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">四是</strong>加大监�力度。建立�全了干部�工《问责制度》，问责范围包括领导���员和一般干部�工，通过设立投诉举报电�，明察暗访等形�，对在工作中�负责任，�务�度�劣和效率低下等�履�行为，造��良影�和严��果的，一��现查实，一律给予严肃处��/span></p>
