<p class="msonormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;" lang="en-us">1</span><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;">、在单位执行审计公务的，每人每天计发“八不?rdquo;经费<span lang="en-us">50</span>元；</span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;" lang="en-us">2</span><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;">、在乡（镇）执行审计公务的，每人每天计发“八不?rdquo;经费<span lang="en-us">100</span>元；</span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 32pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;" lang="en-us">3</span><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;">、参与上级审计机关在县外执行审计公务的，按上级审计机关标准执行，在县内执行审计公务的，按我局标准执行?/span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 32.15pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;">第六?/span></strong><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;"> 严格执行出勤、工作纪律、审计纪律考核制度。按照出勤记录、工作纪律、审计纪律执行情况，作为发放依据。病假、事假、探亲假、公休假、婚丧假、产假等，按请假天数扣除“八不?rdquo;经费；对迟到、早退、旷工等违反工作纪律和审计纪律的，按不同情况扣除“八不?rdquo;经费：迟到一次扣<span lang="en-us">10</span>元、早退一次扣<span lang="en-us">10</span>元，一周内有三次迟到、早退的，扣除一周的“八不?rdquo;经费（迟到、早退?span lang="en-us">15</span>分钟计算）；旷工一天扣除当?ldquo;八不?rdquo;经费；审计组在审计期间集体违反审?ldquo;八不?rdquo;工作纪律的，出现一次，扣除整个项目期间的审计组审计“八不?rdquo;经费。审计人员在审计期间违反“八不?rdquo;工作纪律的，出现一次，扣除其参加的整个项目期间?ldquo;八不?rdquo;经费，并按相关规定进行处理?/span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 32.15pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;">第七?/span></strong><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;"> 为有效控制审计项目时间，降低审计成本，各审计组应将审计时间严格控制在经批准的审计项目工作日内，城区内的行政事业单位一般实行送达审计。确实需要就地审计的（含下乡镇），应当在审计实施方案中说明，需要延长审计时间的，由审计组长提出，经局分管领导批准，调整审计实施方案，方可执行?/span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 32.15pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;">第八?/span></strong><span style="font-size: 16pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;"> 因审计业务工作需要，由局领导安排加班的，按出勤标准计?ldquo;八不?rdquo;经费，但需填报加班审批单报分管领导审批?/span></p>
