font-size: 16pt;">加强与业务主管部门和上级对口部门的沟通对接，注重发挥财政部门在争取资金工作中的主渠道作用，主动配合发改、商务以及各项目主管部门全力做好项目规划制定、项目储备、包装和申报工作，充分准备，精准争取，促进各项资金及时到位?/span></p> <p class="msonormal" style="text-indent: 32.15pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 16pt;">（四）健全工作机制，实行激励措施?/span></strong><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 16pt;">局争取资金领导小组应定期召开专题会议，及时通报情况、研究政策，督查项目落实情况，定期向县委县政府报告工作动态，确保各项工作的落实。在财政非常困难的情况下安排了项目前期工作经?span lang="en-us">2000</span>万元，县考核办将各部门争取上级资金工作纳入年度目标考核，根据各单位争取资金情况给予适当奖励和工作经费补助，充分调动各部门的工作积极性?/span></p> <p class="msonormal" style="text-indent: 32pt;
