<p class="msonormal" style="text-indent: 30.0000pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0000;"><span style="mso-spacerun: 'yes'; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 15.0000pt; mso-font-kerning: 1.0000pt;"><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;">雨碌?/span>2015年中央耕地保护与质量提升项目，按照《会泽县农业局关于下达2015年耕地保护与质量提升项目资金和计划的通知》（会农发?016?1号及项目实施方案要求，项目涉及小石山、小铺、雨碌等三个村委会，实施面积5000亩。为认真组织实施好项目各项工作，现将有关事项通知如下?/span></p>

<p class="msonormal" style="text-indent: 30.0000pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0000;"><span style="mso-spacerun: 'yes'; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 15.0000pt; mso-font-kerning: 1.0000pt;">中央耕地保护与质量提升项目，是用地与养地相结合，提高土壤有机质，改善土壤结构，增强土壤平衡供肥能力，提高农业综合生产能力，改善环境质量的一项重要举措。相关单位及各村委会要高度重视，提高认识，明确任务，严格遵循国家和省、市、县有关物资管理的法规、政策，结合本地实际和相关规定，做好光叶</span><span style="mso-spacerun: 'yes'; font-family: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 15.0000pt; mso-font-kerning: 1.0000pt;">?/span><span style="mso-spacerun: 'yes'; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 15.0000pt; mso-font-kerning: 1.0000pt;">花苕种子的发放管理工作，保证合理、及时、足量地发放到群众手中?/span></p>

<p class="msonormal" style="text-indent: 30.0000pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0000;"><strong><span style="font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 15pt;">（一）认真做好调查核实工作?/span></strong><span style="mso-spacerun: 'yes'; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312; font-size: 15.0000pt; mso-font-kerning: 1.0000pt;">农科站要配合各村根据实际情况，认真盘点种植区农户，实事求是，按项目计划种植面积将种子发放到农户手中，不得虚报或冒领，确保种子在发放过程中不流失、不损毁、不浪费，发挥其最大效益?/span></p>
