<p class="msonormal" style="text-indent: 32.0pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; line-height: 25.0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly;"><span style="font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 楷体_gb2312;">一、全局规划上聚力，抓实扶贫攻坚工作?/span><span style="font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;">以党委换届选举为依托，明确全镇五年中心工作和使命职责、发展方向，注重全局，着眼长远，力求以党建引领，撬动经济发展，以“两学一?rdquo;学习教育为载体，着力在精准扶贫“把脉问诊”，举全镇、全员、全心之力抓实扶贫攻坚工作，帮助群众找准“穷根”，理清思路，实现群众自主创业增收，脱贫致富奔小康。已结合实际帮助全镇贫困?span lang="en-us">4682</span>?span lang="en-us">15016</span>人制定帮扶措施和方案?span lang="en-us">13</span>个村产业扶持及易地扶贫搬迁、金融扶持等方案已在实施中?/span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="text-indent: 32.0pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; line-height: 25.0pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly;"><span style="font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 楷体_gb2312;">二、队伍锤炼上着力，选优配强村级班子?/span><span style="font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 仿宋_gb2312;">注重强化领导班子整体功能，严格执行领导班子职数要求，践行“以好的作风选人，选作风好的人”为原则，选出讲政治、重公道、业务精、作风好的村级领导班子，着力培养造就一支具有铁一般信仰、铁一般信念、铁一般纪律、铁一般担当的干部队伍。截止日前，新一届村级班子参与乡镇组织培?span lang="en-us">2</span>次，县委组织培训<span lang="en-us">1</span>次，旨在通过搞培训，提素质，聚贤才，带领一方群众致富增收?/span></p>
