<p class="msonormal" style="text-indent: 31.5pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'times new roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'times new roman';">先进性教育活动中，科技局紧密�系自身实际，�断总结完善党员管��党员教育等方�的�功�验，并按照��共产党员先进性教育活动确定的&ldquo;�高党员素质�加强基层组织��务人民群众�促进�项工�rdquo;的目标�求，制定了使&ldquo;党员长期�教育�永葆先进�rdquo;的长效机制。在巩固扩大整改�果阶段，为确�先进性教育活动的实效，我局对已建立的长效机制进行了完善�/span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="text-indent: 31.5pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'times new roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'times new roman';">一是建立了以加强基层党组织为目标的党员教育管�的长效机制。制定了党员干部集中学习制度�上党课制度等，对学习的时间�内容�方�等作了明确规定，并�出了拓宽培训渠��拓展学习培训途径�培养锻炼年轻党员的�路�/span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="text-indent: 31.5pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'times new roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'times new roman';">二是建立了以加强基层组织为目标的党员教育管�的长效机制。制定了�年一次的专题政治生活会制度，交心谈心制度�外出�观学习制度和党员&ldquo;��管����考评&rdquo;制度。对政治生活会�交心谈心��观学习内容�了规定。并明确了责任人和责任��，确�长效机制能认真贯彻实施，并�得实效�/span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="text-indent: 31.5pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'times new roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'times new roman';">三是建立了以�务人民群众为目标的党员�系群众的长效机制。制定了组�人员�系群众制度和局领导接待日制度，按季度开�ldquo;走进挂钩�系点�进�入户��群众��rdquo;制度活动，长期开�ldquo;献一份爱心��一次温暖��一次���结一门亲�rdquo;�ldquo;四个一&rdquo;活动，密切�系群众，为群众办好事�实事，达到�ldquo;党员�教育�群众得利益&rdquo;的目的�/span></p>
<p class="msonormal" style="text-indent: 31.5pt; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16pt; mso-ascii-font-family: 'times new roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'times new roman';">四是建立了以促进�项工作为目标的党员奖惩激励的长效机制。制定了党员先进性定期评估制度，对��格党员进行谈心，对�害党的形象的，给予组织处�。制定了总结�评比表彰制度，通过表彰先进，激励�进，�挥党员的示范带动作用。制定了先进党员任用制度，增强党员积�性，制定了�纪党员惩处制度，以达到纯�队�，教育党员的目的�/span></p>
